Ну звісно не один до одного. Але багато спільного.
Адже правовий документ - це часто документ, який описує процедуру.
Аналогії наступні:
неформальний опис процедури (опис алгоритму) - концепція, на основі якої пишеться закон
реалізація алгоритму (кодування) - написання тексту закону
обговорення в законодавчому органі, внесення коректив - виправлення багів
...
Юристи нагадують або хакерів, або сам процесор. Решта - юзери.
Крім того сама задача опису формальної процедури неформальною людською мовою досить складна. Зворотня задача пов'язана з data-mining і взагалі з ШІ.
Трохи туманно написав, але сподіваюсь вибачать.
